Hi, I'm Kris.
Accredited coach, coaching supervisor — and a newbie YouTuber.
I work with trained coaches who care deeply about the quality of their craft — and who are ready to stop carrying their professional questions alone.
My work sits at the intersection of coaching quality, supervision, and the inner work that makes exceptional practitioners. The technical and the human. The professional and the deeply personal.

Why this matters to me.
I know what it's like to look capable on the outside while privately carrying self-doubt, old patterns and the exhausting pressure to get it right.
Earlier in life, I worked hard to earn worth through achievement, over-functioning and performance. I know the cost of a harsh inner critic. I know the quiet exhaustion of people-pleasing. And I know what it's like to be highly capable — and still second-guess yourself constantly.
I also know what it took to understand what I actually wanted — what felt right for me, not just impressive to others (or my mum!).
My own path has involved learning to trust myself more deeply, understand those patterns, and choose work (and lifestyle) that felt right for me — not just successful. That included leaving a decade in banking, moving countries for love, becoming a mother of two, and building a practice aligned with who I actually am.
That lived experience shapes how I work.
Not theoretically. Practically.
I've been in the mess. I know what it is to carry things that feel too big— and to finally feel seen and understood when someone sits with you in them without flinching.
So that I could see: there’s magic in the mess.

How I work
My style is warm, direct and perceptive. I bring honesty without harshness. Challenge without confrontation. And a refusal to let you stay somewhere that isn't serving you — even when staying feels easier.
I go deep. I can't do small talk or surface-level anything to save my life.
I'll name the uncomfortable thing if it's of service to you. Sometimes we'll both cringe in the moment. But as I often say — no cringe, no change.
I also bring genuine care for the human behind the practice. Because this work is relational, deep, and meaningful — and the questions you're sitting with don't just disappear when you close your laptop for the day. They follow you. They live in the background. And that's something we can continue thinking through together — rather than worrying about alone.
As coaches, we are so used to being in a helper position that we often resist getting support ourselves. And it's exactly why so many coaches experience burnout, chronic self-doubt and a growing sense of misalignment with the work they once loved.
You deserve the kind of support you give your clients.
What clients often tell me: — they feel deeply seen — sessions feel calmer and clearer than expected — they leave with more trust in themselves — their next steps feel more grounded
My professional background

10 years in banking prior to coaching
I believe in practising what I preach. I have my own supervisor. I do my own inner work. I invest in my development — not to accumulate credentials, but because I know that who I'm becoming personally shapes the quality of what I offer professionally.
I believe our clients always show us our next upgrade. Which is why over the years I've been studying shadow work, family dynamics, mother wound, sister wound, witch wound, trauma-informed approaches, business energetics — and many other things I deep-dive into when they feel alive for my people.

Beyond the work
I'm also a mum of two — a former corporate woman who still appreciates structure, has healthy ambition and is proactively creating a life on her own terms.
I love books, good coffee, and conversations that go somewhere deep.
And I love Love.
In 2010 I fell for someone from a completely different country and culture. He was English. I was Russian. We knew what we had was real — so we did the long-distance thing for four years, across time zones and bad WiFi, before I eventually moved to England and we built a life together.
Sixteen plus years later, we're married with two kids, a lot of inside jokes, and the very specific kind of love that comes from genuinely choosing each other — repeatedly, imperfectly, and with great humour.
(I do find his dad jokes endearing. But don't tell him that.)

Also, I run a YouTube channel — Coaching Mastery Café — where I share honest, practical insights on coaching craft, supervision, and building a reputation for exceptional work. Being more visible and creative in this way is at times crunchy for this recovering perfectionist — but it's so good for my soul.
For my astrology and HD people: I am an Aquarius Sun, Libra Moon and Leo Rising. My Chiron is in Cancer and I have a stellium in the 6th House (service). I am a Projector, 1/3.
I am here to see you, truly see you for who you are and help you bring forth your unique gifts.
Mother Wound is something close to my heart, not only for personal experience but, with Chiron in Cancer, it's also what I'm here to help you heal.
And my biggest fear?
Looking back one day and feeling the heart-wrenching regret of not trying the things that excited me — simply because I didn't believe in myself enough to go for them. That fear keeps me honest and it's why I do the inner work I ask of others. It's probably why I started a YouTube channel at an age when most people decide they've missed their window. But as for me, I'd rather cringe than wonder.
